As a German lemme clarify that one. It's actually 16 and primarily that goes for partners in a similar age. 16 and 23 for example. For 14 yo it's definitely meant with a partner under 18

In Germany we have to pay a quarterly fee for state owned TV channels only boomers watch. It's quite expensive and everyone has to pay it. Whether you have a TV/cable connection or not.
I only watch streaming services and yt by now and no way to watch their channels but 💁♂️
