Just saved a guy's life
I was walking my dog over the fields and across the road I could see a man passed out next to the bus stop
I ran over. He wasn't breathing. Performed CPR. He started very shallowly breathing
A woman stopped and called an ambulance
He's alive and safe

Saw a Dad banging out pull ups and push ups in the park this morning
His kid was so excited to join in with him
Remember, kids will mimic your behaviours - both healthy and unhealthy
This is what it means to lead by example
Do the right things and your kids will follow suit
Can you achieve these minimum bodyweight strength standards?
- 10 pull ups
- 20 dips
- 30 push ups
- 5 skater squats (each leg)
- 8:00 minute mile
Every able bodied man should strive for at least these goals
Every able bodied man should be able to handle his own bodyweight
Kids will follow your example. Not your advice.
Don't just tell them to:
- do more physical activity
- eat healthier food
- get outside more
- do the right thing
- be kind to others
- create
Make sure you are DOING these things so your kids will follow
Lead by example
A group of guys were at my lady's cafe being loud, rude and obnoxious to her and her female staff
I walked in for breakfast - head up, shoulders back, made direct eye contact with them
Immediate silence
Walked up to my lady, gave her a kiss and sat down
No more was said. They
If Tyson Fury can:

- gain over 100 pounds
- become a crack addict
- battle depression
And then come back and become the undisputed king of the heavyweight boxing division...
You can lose 10 pounds and stop snacking.

Men, control your anger.
When you're angry don't act out.
Instead channel it into something positive. Bleed it out.
Get in the gym
Wrestle
Create
Walk
Write
Run
Box
Pour your anger into something physically or mentally stimulating.
Don't let the anger control you.
Use it.
"Yeah, you're in shape now but...
...wait until you are my age."
...wait until you have two kids."
...wait until you don't have time."
As you go through life you'll hear these kinds of statements from people
Ignore them
Don't allow others to bring you down to their standards
Here's the harsh reality...
If you are a man who can:
Perform 10 strict pull ups
Perform 30 strict push ups
Perform 20 dips
Run a mile without being gassed
You are likely in the top 1% of men
The modern man is broken and weak
Don't do what most men consider normal
Do better
Reasons to build more muscle:

- Improved heart health

Building muscle will transform you.
Men seriously, if you can't at LEAST do:
25 push-ups
5 pull ups
run a sub 10-minute mile
Put down the snacks, turn off the TV and get moving
Make health and fitness a priority
Use your body for what's it made for and stop being lazy
You owe it to yourself and your family

If you can't walk up a flight of stairs without needing to catch your breath, shut the fuck up about the "health implications" of me not getting the vaccine

If you want to level up your life dramatically, start 3 hobbies.
- One that makes you money
- One that gets you in shape
- One to keep you creative
Focus on them consistently and in 12 months time you'll be miles ahead of where you were.
BUT you have to start.
Something amazing happened in Germany tonight....

No matter what you're told, no matter what limitations people put on you, keep on believing.
Keep on fighting.
You are capable of far more than you think you are.
If you are going to preach to me about the dangers of NOT getting the covid vaccine, you better at least exercise regularly and eat well
99% of the people talking about this haven't exercised since 1995

Folks, being overly fat is not healthy.
No matter what body positive activists tell you.
In the long run it changes your body vastly and will mess you up.
You need to get healthy again.
For you. For your family. For your future family.
Without your health you have nothing.
This is the reason why I walk with heavy ass sandbags and sprint many hills...
...So I can *more* effortlessly push and carry my son up hills whilst we're exploring
He loves being out in nature where there are fewer trigger noises
He needs me to able to do this for him
If you aren't eating eggs for fear of raising your cholesterol, you've been duped.
Eggs are:
- Full of protein and healthy fats
- Help lower "bad" cholesterol
- One of the most filling foods
- Contain essential vitamins
- Versatile - lot's of options
Eat your damn eggs people

You can't control your genetics. But you can control your actions.
"I don't know how to cook healthy meals".
No one cares.
You're just making excuses and justifying your own bullshit.
Look on Google and YouTube.
Pay $10 for a recipe book.
Throw stuff in a pan and see what happens.
There are zero excuses for not learning how to cook.
The average Dad walks around with 25% body fat, can't bang out 20 push ups or 5 pull ups and would struggle to run a mile
The average Dad is a pathetic example of what a male body is capable of
The average Dad does not physically lead by example for his kids

Men, being a strong, masculine man is nothing to be ashamed of.
Ignore the masses.
The next generation of men need you to stand up and be counted.
Embrace your masculinity.
If you are a man, make it your goal to be able to do 15-20 pull ups in a row
Why?
It means you'll have a strong strength to bodyweight ratio
And you'll be relatively lean and in good shape
This is very achievable and will pay huge dividends
7 days ago I moved to Portugal with NO plan
Nowhere to stay. Didn't know anyone
I don't speak Portuguese (but I'm learning)
1 week later and I've found a great place to stay
I'm dating a hot Brazilian and I'm the happiest I've been
That thing your scared to do?
Do it

ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED?
I’ve seen Gladiator at least 15 times.
Last night I watched it AGAIN and wrote out 3 hidden lessons in the film about life, leadership and what it takes to win.
Starting with this:
Gents, this is now what society expects you to eventually look like
The average man is fat, weak and out of shape
But you don't have to conform to that standard
You can choose to be strong, fit and healthy
It all starts with you
Take responsibility and lead by example
If you are stressed, do this:
1 hour of intense, hard exercise (Strength training, sprints, running, martial arts)
Followed by 30 minutes of relaxing, quiet time (Reading, meditation, sauna, bath)
I guarantee you will feel better mentally, emotionally and physically
If you could all send prayers and thoughts for our little man it would be greatly appreciated
He's currently on a drip in hospital whilst they run tests to find out what's wrong
He's a fighter and I'm sure he'll be fine but your support is needed ❤️
I don't care how overweight you are.
I don't care how weak you are.
I don't care how broke you are.
If you are making changes and putting in effort to improve, you have my respect.
5 Ways To Be A Better Man
Be selfish - prioritize time for yourself
Stop bullshiting - say what you mean
Be disciplined - a disciplined mind doesn't need motivation
Stop comparing yourself to others
Embrace the struggle - it's there, whether you like it or not
Simple habits that will improve your life:
- Drink a big glass if water as soon as you wake
- Walk for at least 30 minutes a day
- Eat protein with every meal
- Strength train at least 3 x per week

"I'm not a fit person."
"I'm not a gym person."
"I'm not a lean person."
"I'm not a confident person."
"I'm not a disciplined person."
Stop telling yourself what you are and aren't.
Stop putting limitations on yourself.
Just start doing shit and good things will happen.
