Just saved a guy's life I was walking my dog over the fields and across the road I could see a man passed out next to the bus stop I ran over. He wasn't breathing. Performed CPR. He started very shallowly breathing A woman stopped and called an ambulance He's alive and safe

If you are stressed, do this: 1 hour of intense, hard exercise (Strength training, sprints, running, martial arts) Followed by 30 minutes of relaxing, quiet time (Reading, meditation, sauna, bath) I guarantee you will feel better mentally, emotionally and physically
