It is an utter travesty that Louis is spending his 22nd birthday in prison
He has been on remand for months. Meaning he's been imprisoned without trial. And all for taking non-violent action to demand the most reasonable of actions from our govt: no new fossil fuel projects!
Louis McKechnie was imprisoned awaiting trial on July 5th for taking non-violent action in support of Just Stop Oil. His case is expected to be heard in February 2023.
