@Squirrels19689 @Sum1st @T06631726 I'd be very surprised if many people on the 95th percentile - mostly on very low incomes - can afford any sort of holiday. And they're very unlikely to have a mortgage - no point applying if you can't afford a deposit. They'll rent. Only a minority of households have a mortgage.
