@GenePark I hear the Yakuza games do the opposite with the story being written first. Honestly, I find them alot more engaging when they do. When games take Aonuma's approach, alot of them don't write a true story, they just contextualize gameplay loops.

@Oxleythebeardog @TheDuckGod Fittingly from the creator of Bojack Horseman is a dope show called Undone. It's actually shot live-action but is rotoscoped over to get a surreal look. This in service to the story since the main character's mental state is highly-suspect. Also it's technically a Black Comedy.

@ohmynorsegods @PotatoLuna In the manga, Soul says that swinging the scythe is like a dance and Maka has no rhythm (she doesnt like music), so Soul is "leading" and mostly swinging himself. It's part of why she feels like she's weak and that he's the stronger of the 2.
