It appears that people are confused why we went with this approach. On top of what is in this thread, the theory was rather simple. Game 1 you want Yawgmoth the most on average. But to fit 2 Evos and silver bullets (might v good but depends on matchup) 1/x.
CHALLENGE ALL CONVENTIONS. RCQ Winner with 65 card Yawgmoth, with 12 card sideboard. Deck is probably bad, but wanted to test a weird theory before I went to bigger events soon. Shoutout to @Xerk_MTGO for working on the theories and ideas. Matchups and Math/Reasoning in replies

This was my prep for the showcase and deck I chose - Lotus Field. Based on this, I thought Lotus will be an excellent choice with many RB Midrange and RB Sacrifices around that will scare away Mono W and Mono U Spirits. Took two whole days to prep with @RaestMTG (1/2)

Top8d the Pioneer Qualifier with MBA. Was the best 5-0, then lost two and won the last round against teammate @WrzoBuMTGO and sneaked in as 8th. Blade of the Oni reconfigure didn't come up at all but the 3/1 menace mattered. Used the Takenuma once and it won me a game.@fireshoes

I 0-5'd day2 but seeing my friend making it to Worlds made this tournament one of the most important of all I've attended, so proud and well deserved for Przemek!.
