Yesterday I lost round 1 of the showcase to some initiative tinker nonsense and ragedropped. In the morning I discovered that my opponent won the whole thing so I gave it a try and won the challenge. @Stormguyisme seems to be a genius 🏆

Top16 pauper qualifier with monoblue, with such a well-tuned sideboard it seems to be good against both monored and affinity. However both are now outdated, goblin combo is the new king with at least two copies in top8.

Joined a 116 people 40 (lol) slots RCQ starting the same time as top8, took a round one matchloss and managed to 4-1-ID qualifying to the next Regional Championship. RCQ was modern and I played the same pioneer angels 😇.

No top8 today but it's actually 6-1 as I failed to make all the initiative clicks in time against a decked opponent. Another loss is to Gates, they just feel unbeatable no matter what I play. Also please don't drop like that 🙁

Dear those who run events on Melee, please don't skip adding playoff results. We all want to know the winner, not the first-after-swiss. It also probably feels bad to take down some nice 5k or 10k and see your name listed 2nd at all the major decklist hubs.

Top4 loss to Jeskai after beating him in swiss with Rakdos Burn. Galvanic version feels stronger than one with Fireblasts, still unsure on perfect split of artifact lands and basics tho.

Once you lose a match in Showcase LCQ, no matter whether you drop or keep playing, it feels equally miserable. Moreover, the current system encourages shady things whenever a 4-0 gets paired down. They should just make it single elimination.
