i dont think the consequence for disobeying an order from a cop should be summary execution
I know everybody under 40 is uncomfortable with this language, but cops have the authority to make demands of you that are backed by the implicit threat of violence. You don't get to argue or disagree or say no or choose not to follow their orders. They are literally orders.
