You missed the part about how he got her drunk? The issue is capacity to consent, and a drunk person is the equivalent of a minor for that purpose. Also, he was effectively her employer for purposes of sexual activity. Please learn some law.

To give any rights to the fetus necessarily robs the pregnant person of their right to bodily autonomy. It is impossible to give rights to both when one is entirely dependent on the other. This is logically obvious.

I can't really tell what is going on here, but I'm not sure I want to. Seems like a horrible way to die, and people have already convinced themselves that they died instantly and did not suffer, which seems highly unlikely to me.
