I watched this and thought 3 things firstly his experience is my experience in a UK context he speaks to the experience of black male leadership in a white context. 2 in my personal leadership practice I have sought to make the issue of racism a we challenge not a me challenge.

Coming to the conclusion that facts about race in the NHS aren’t enough they act like the waving hands of drowning people, those on the beach think they are being waived at.sometimes they waive back why move they are quite comfortable and rewarded for staying right where they are

I'm just in floods of tears. This guy made a difference. Teaching his poetry to children was magic. He was clever and wise and creative and kind and had deep integrity. I told him last year what a hero he was to me. What a man. 💔

The report also highlights how wide #ethnicinequalities in perinatal mortality continue. Stillbirth and neonatal mortality rates for babies of Black ethnicity increased at a higher rate than for babies of Asian and White ethnicity.

‘Seriously ill’ mental health inpatients told to attend jobcentre or risk losing benefits I wrote 2 reports on support for people with MH challenges for the DWP in .2009 they appear to have been ignored or forgotten this is cruel

I was an NHS doctor, now Policy Director @NHSConfed and I’ve had all 3 of my Covid-19 jabs. After hearing constantly from NHS leaders across the country about the impacts of Covid-19, got each of mine as soon as eligible to avoid getting sick or spreading it to those who might.
