Just a typical meeting in scotland. Made to feel you are in the wrong when they are criminal. It is criminal to groom children which is what they are doing. Why is it the police do not investigate these grooming gangs ?

We do not expect NHS to be infallible. But covering up anything that goes "wrong" whether by evil deeds or mistake, is what the fundamental issue with the NHS is.

Oh, not alarmed like the exposures last week. Still going ahead with the award ceremonies and presumably saddened that it was exposed rather than normal service and faux alarm.

The psychiatrists interviewed on Panorama specifically said " That is not our policy". I would have expected them to ask " who was in charge ?". It is policy. In scotland the legislation affords no human rights and violates them all. It is psychiatrists who encourage the staff1/2

The real problem is, we all know that. But the Nats have watched Braveheart and like to cry "Freedom!" like a child who gets upset when their parents won't buy them something they want. There is no money. And the public sector know this too. The Scots cannot afford its NHS.

How are the award ceremonies going ? Only giving them to people who avoid allegations ? Devastated at successful allegations, awards for those who keep abuse out of the public eye so you make loads of money.

My Dad said he would prove to be right when he warned about helmets. Certain people wanted to be exempt from riding motorbikes without helmets and Enoch warned it was the beginning of the end.
My Dad proved right about most things.

Until someone reports how many untreated broken bones on inmates of psych wards, or how many deaths in detention in psych wards, or how many inmates report rapes and abuses in psych wards - I shall remain with the opinion the NHS is corrupt and will not trust a single NHS person

I want each and every NHS staff to speak out about what is happening in psych wards. The inmates have NO human rights and are abused daily and often drugged to death. Nothing known to be good for mental health is available in a psych ward and the useless solicitors are rich.

The only bit I disagree with is not involving life and death. I know friends who, when they feel suicidal, were stopped because a person serving them coffee was nice to them, or a hairdresser paid them a complement. It doesn't need to be open heart surgery to safe a life.

to be syringe happy because it is psychiatrists who benefit from commission on drugs. If you are genuinely "alarmed" at least speak to the scottish parliament where they will be voting on recommendations published today to ensure nothing changes. We know it is in the culture.

Already happening in psych wards. People - visitors- are being told to hand in phones because otherwise you might film abuse. I know it's ok to film abuse - no one gets done - but it does show people they are not alone in accusing staff of abuse.

Gee, thanks. Cocaine ruined her looks. Young people with money are a target, if not for street drugs, by psychiatry. Amy Winehouse was visited by a "doctor" the night before she died. Young women are easy targets by doctors on commission. Where was the help ?

Strangely enough, I was at a community council meeting when someone did a speech to upset me and another person was ready to actually film my reaction! But they got no reaction at all. I only noticed what they were doing when someone said not to record the person's speech.

It's lucrative though isn't it. And they are not criminals but treated worse than criminals. And the abusers like the state hospital get to judge themselves and make out everything is just fine. But the "patients" have absolutely no human rights and that cannot be excused.

It is the mental health service, which no one talks about, that eats up over half the NHS budget. For example, one inpatient who is detained against their will and their family's better judgement, costs more just to stay on the ward than it would for a suite at the Ritz.

Why not just have a decent mental health service at the NHS ? Just a thought. Then universities can treat them as adults and concentrate on teaching. If the first step to getting help wasn't taking away all your human rights, perhaps more students could go for professional help.

And we know how things worked out. Scotland had Independance only to realise how dependent it was. And went to England cap in hand. Too many public sector workers for an Independent Scotland. You need some income to be Independent whether you are a stroppy teenager or government.

announced that suicide is always caused by the mental illness, never by the drugs one is forced to take. He asserts that suicide ideation is never a side effect of the drugs. Yet I assert that it is on the packet instructions and is a side effect. Who's right ?
