This is a man dressed up as a woman, shouting and bawling aggressively. What benefit does it serve society to pretend this is a woman? There is nothing “progressive” about this.

If you want to see how captured the Scottish political establishment has become here is someone arguing that it’s progressive to defend the feelings of a man that raped women and has now been put in a women’s prison. His feelings.

Just because over 5,000,000 people have signed that "Revoke Article 50" petition doesn't mean Theresa May will pay attention. English Tories have been ignoring the wishes of a group of 5,000,000 people for forty years. It's called "Scotland" @InverIndie

@susie_mccabe It’s a direct clip from the show in which you are expressing your discontent at the way the rapist is being spoken about. You even go on to mention the situation he is in at the prison. If your own words aren’t your own views perhaps you should clarify them.

I’ve got no issue with Humza Yousaf going on holiday. But I take issue with hypocrisy of flying a 9000 mile round trip for a 4 day break to then come back and tell me why I can’t drive into a city centre or drink coffee out a take away cup because that’s bad for the environment

A female majority jury of his peers acquitted Alex Salmond of all charges. They heard all evidence, including 7 women on behalf of the defence directly contradicting the case of the prosecution. This attempted BBC retrial is a disgrace & a stain on our Scottish legal system.

If Scotland’s First Minister cannot state simply that under no circumstances should male rapists, regardless of how they identify, be held in the Scottish women’s prison estate then they are not fit to be First Minister. The safety of Scottish women & girls must come first.

Iran are spending over £200bn on a nuclear weapons programme. As they do this there are people sleeping homeless on their streets. Unelected clerics sit in their parliament. Their military assets patrol the world outwith their territorial waters. Sorry, that’s the UK actually.

@susie_mccabe Unjustified threats of legal action can amount to harassment. I advise that you retract your threat and apologise.

When you start barring people from taking part in legal activities you no longer live in a democracy. Scotland’s voice will be heard, whether Westminster likes it or not.

There’s a genuine and compassionate concern, from lots of women, about losing safe spaces. This should be listened to, not shouted down. Self ID isn’t the answer. Why not create safe spaces for Trans Women without taking away the safe spaces women have created?

Super proud of our @AlbaParty MPs @JNHanvey and @KennyMacAskill . They refuse to accept that a Prime Minister with no democratic authority has the right to deny the people of Scotland their right to self determination

Last week women were told to get in their box as there was a day we would remember women that had been murdered this week & remembrance wasn’t a competition. Well that day is today and there’s silence from @scotgov Twitter. And the nations political leadership for that matter.
