Over half the states banned it. People are having to move across state lines to get one, or find an illegal method in their home stare. Even coming back, they could still be prosecuted for getting one in another state. So yeah. This shit is illegal for a lot of people now.

Foul Play is a move that deals damage based on your enemies attack. if you’re not a physical attacker, having your attack be 0 helps not get screwed by this. also lowers damage from confusion. it’s prevention from something that could happen.
