I don't really know how it started but a lot of the posts on it are just pure anti-trans stuff so I decided to use it to say something about detransitioners, namely that we aren't all anti-trans.

Most of the tweets I saw using the tag were transphobic and many of them weren't even from detransitioners. If it's supposed to just be about detrans people then I'm going to share my perspective as well.

There's a lot of people online that are somewhat willing to accept trans people but won't give up on trying to make everyone fit their gender identity and expresson into neat little boxes.

It sucks that this is just the norm now for trans people online and for anyone who supports them. There's so many people who do nothing but harrass anyone they think is trans. And it feels like it's getting worse.

I'm a detransitioner and I think Merle is pretty cool. I also wouldn't consider myself an enemy of "trans ideology" whatever that's supposed to mean.

Tbh most of the "pro-femboy" conservatives are only pro femboys as fetish objects or a rhetorical tool against trans women. When femboys want to be treated as independent humans with their own agency then they revert to homophobia.

As someone is a similar position of being on HRT but not identifying as a woman I want to say that finding people like you online has made me feel less lonely about it. I don't know many people IRL who are like me but it's comforting knowing they are out there.

Despite what they say most terfs are very happy conforming to gender norms. When they actually meet people who don't fit those norms they view us with absolute disgust.

Yeah I've grown to really dislike that term. I see it get thrown around with a lot of weird sadism mocking guys for aging. Like sorry we exist within the flow of time and are subject to entropy I guess.
