I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for decades. I wish more people would try this. Once your body adjusts, you rarely even think of eating. Great way to stay thin and the health benefits for things like type 2 are amazing. No side effects like a Rx

I eat once a day and sometimes have a snack which is usually vegetables or a fruit.
Once a month I do at least a 3 day or more water fast.
I really encourage people to learn about fasting. It’s not nearly as difficult as people think.

Hello, I’m Angela, and 50 yrs old. At 17 was injected with Lupron once a month for 6 mnths. The same puberty blocker they give children with gender dysphoria. My experience was a nightmare - people must be made aware of what it does to children. 1/

I love seeing society being reflected back to us. My one son married a woman with Indian origin & Hindu. Our families meld together beautifully. My other son married a woman with Mexican origin and Catholic. Another son, married a French Canadian. This is the west!!! 🤗
