I would like to remind everyone that your federal government hired Americans using CZ Bren semi automatic rifles with 30 round magazines to hunt deer in BC. They did this while telling the rest of us we don't need semi-autos to hunt.

In 1991 he became the first rcmp officer to wear a turban. In other words, he was the first person to desecrate one of the most recognizable symbols of my country and my culture.
WSO congratulates Baltej Singh Dhillon for being appointed as a Senator for BC to the Senate of Canada. Baltej Singh led the way for RCMP officers to freely practice their religion while serving in uniform. WSO was an intervenor in this 1990 case. Since then, he has been active in the community in various roles and initiatives. Most recently, he worked with WSO on developing religious accommodations for worksites in BC.

You aren't mad enough.
Governor General Mary Simon gets a $15,200 bump in her salary this year, bringing her pay to $378,000/year. That's on top of some of the most ridiculous perks in Canada. She has 2 residences (Rideau Hall and the Citadelle in Quebec), she has an army of servants, clothing allowance, travel allowance and lots and lots of booze. It's estimated that her "role" costs taxpayers upwards of $50 million a year. It's a purely ceremonial job. And what few real parts of her job exist, like dissolving Parliament, she doesn't do well. She's the King's representative in Ottawa. The king also has 10 other representatives, one for each province. The @taxpayerDOTcom gave her one of their awards a few years back, for wasting so much of our money. 1/
