My first REAL top 8. I only started playing this game a year ago and started playing competitively a few months ago. These few months have for sure been some, if not the, best months of my life. I look forward to continuing to improve and to be known as Chicago's best Sonic main.

So many 0-2ers come to one local and then give up (I’m aware I’m basically an 0-2er). I know amateur bracket is a thing but it’s normally super late and there’s only like 5 people. There’s gotta be a better way to keep those newer players coming to tournaments

… Even if the interest wasn’t real at the time, it helped motivate and carve me to be the player I am today, a 2-2er that rolls high school tournaments. This was at a time when I lacked motivation for anything but Matt gave me purpose. So thank you!
