To be fair, the US has a qualitative edge that makes US aid hard to replace. For example, Rheinmetall does not produce GMLRS missiles for HIMARS, so HIMARS ammunition can only be provided by the US, but it is also true to say that, for example, Europe has provided 100s of tanks.
