Regardless, from my perspective, the extra SERP real estate was only a bonus and not the primary reason for me adding FAQs to some of my pages.

Love the concept -- not the placement.
It's styled CTA-ish and includes a link. Could distract and push people off-page too early.
I'd recommend testing different placements (ie: top, bottom, sidebar) and let the data decide.

Write intros last, AI-assisted. Feed AI the article for context, give it clear instructions on what framework to use, style and voice. Light editing/optimization and ship it.
You could also give it context by feeding it other Intros from your competitors to learn structure from.

4. "Go for low-difficulty keywords only."
LOW difficulty = HIGH risk.
Only targeting low KD keywords is a recipe for disaster in the long term. If you ranked easily, it's likely others can too.
Mitigate risk and diversify your keyword strategy from the beginning.
