So many unethical therapists out there. I was trapped with someone awful for 3.5 years who made my life miserable. We hold therapists up to be experts on what's best for us but the bar to become a therapist is incredibly low

prevention. Since I was suicidal I was relieved. Then she clarified that she was referring to "real" suicidal people and not ones just saying it "for attention." So I didn't tell anyone.
