My grandmother, Margaret “Peggy” Anderson Gordon, left us this morning during the eclipse at 11:06am. She died of Covid19, which she contracted from the emergency room. She went to the ER after a fall, and there were no mask mandates in the hospital to protect her.

I’m more susceptible to Covid than average and we don’t know why. My hospital system got me entered me into a couple of studies, so hopefully we know why eventually. But I do have a theory that the cannabis has prevented me from developing MCAS as a long covid sequelae..

An asthma attack might be the only time an abusive parent brings their child to see a practitioner. A few minutes alone for a child to answer a few questions, not even have a physical examination, shouldn’t send an alarm bell to any parent who doesn’t have anything to hide.

I do live here, a block from the park. I’m not bothered by teens skating down the hill during their summer vacation. I am pissed at riotous cops blocking every street in the neighborhood so they can chase, detain, and hold a bunch of kids for hours in the middle of the street!
Our officers did their jobs & did them with restraint. Why do some make excuses for this dangerous and selfish behavior? Nothing stopped this group from getting permits, and no one forced them to hold a neighborhood hostage. How would you feel if you lived here?

For kids who are being abused, there are usually very few opportunities to seek help. If it is standard practice for every hospital to ask a few questions while the parents step outside, we allow these kids a window to a better outcome. Denying kids that enables abuse.
