Your mistake is thinking Brady is Russell in the first place. Russell played against 7 teams in 1956 when his career first started. And 13 teams when his career ended in 1969. With all due respect to Russell, Brady’s a far greater GOAT than he is.
If Jordan didn’t need 11 to pass Russell, why does Mahomes need 7 to pass Brady? 3-4 would be enough for me because my eyes and some of the numbers have said “he’s better” for years.

Sure, if you arbitrarily cut it off at 75 ignoring the 5 TD drives 69-74, and a 51 yard TD drive in 27 seconds to end the first half against the packers, definitely didn’t have any quality drives. Bucs had 16 drops in those 4 playoff games, probably stalled some of those drives.
True story: Brady led ONE 75-yard TD drive in the entire 2020 playoff run (4 games)
Rodgers led TD drives of 75 and 90 yards vs. TB, but gets criticized for not leading 1-2 MORE after Brady interceptions.
That's where the QB discourse is still at these days.

Mahomes literally just had a season ranked 23rd in intended air yards per attempt, and ranked 2nd in yards after catch per attempt. Meaning he checked down often and benefited from YAC often. Since 2018, he’s had more YAC/completion than Brady had at any point in his career.

Troy Brown made the pro bowl, not All-Pro. It was his only career pro bowl.
Deion Branch was not a top 5-10 WR from 2002-2004. In fact, he wasn’t in the top 40. And getting an MVP in a SB doesn’t mean he was as impactful the other 18 games in the season.
