100 mile race, uncrewed. Here’s most of the stuff going in my drop bag/race vest. Mainly calories. With heavy rain forecast; anti chafing stuff/fresh socks & trusted sports bra. Mandatory high vis/lights as we are running the whole lot on a highway.

That’s my annual elevation done in one go. 🥴 3776m (12388ft) in 130km and all of the interesting terrain. Camping, eating a fair amount of rice and beans, and remarkable scenery all in hot hot heat.

It’s the route that was used to take the wood from Alice Holt Forest to the dockyards to build boats. 👌🏼 One mini ferry journey in between the running
