6 cups of rice krispies, 1 cup chocolate chips, 1 cup butterscotch chips, 1 cup of peanut butter, 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of corn syrup. Melt the last three and mix them with the krispies. Put into a pyrex. Melt the chips and spread on top. That's it.

In the end, it was ok to accept the money, since it would be going to republican areas. And remember kids, if government money goes to urban areas it's welfare, but if it goes to rural areas it's an assistance program.

If the red, small town, dying areas of our state want to remain dying, then why don't we just let them. Rural Nebraska has been one of the best places to move away from for the last 40 years. Why don't we just keep it that way?
