Well, if you’re validly naturally or sacramentally married then this a problem. I don’t know who’s initiating this but divorce shouldn’t exist because marriage is unto death do you part. The danger is in mortal sin and damnation by infidelity.

They can’t because they don’t have the authority. You have to be an authorized priest to exorcise demons. But this does show where the authority to exorcise demons lies: the Catholic Church has the authority and schismatics don’t.
