If you didn’t workout this summer don’t try to get all your fitness back in one week because you’re worried about preseason. It’s too late now so don’t get injured. But don’t worry I’ll give you plenty of time to get fit when you don’t travel with the team.

I can see both sides of this issue: Coaches want to keep their offers under wraps to avoid alerting other coaches, while players use the visibility

Big changes in club soccer!
"Club soccer is reverting to using high school graduation year instead of birth year"
No more "trap players."
Back to the way it used to be. This change currently applies to ECNL, but I'm sure other leagues will follow suit.

College soccer is a business for these coaches. The higher the level, the more cutthroat the game becomes ⚽️
Incoming Freshman:
Understand the business of college soccer.
The moment you step on campus as a freshman your coach has already started recruiting your COMPETITION or your REPLACEMENT.
Keep that in mind, especially if you decide to do nothing this summer.
