It absolutely is. The community started off as the GLB, it later became LGB to give the lesbians in the community more of a voice. It then became LGBT, the t standing for transexuality and then the q was added which originally stands for questioning.

A phalloplasty isn't a penis and neither is a prosthetic. They are penis shaped but they aren't penises. And you are literally incapable of ejaculation because you don't have a prostate or testicles. And cis men don't have to fill their penis with air to get hard.
