You have to request alternative formats, & it’s done via the alternative format team. I’ve done mine & my partner’s this way.
They’ll deny such a team exists, but then you say ok, I’ll look at county court action for failing to make reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act.

Which thorough examination? If you’d had a baby you’d know they check for hip displacement, cleft palate, heel prick & ensure Mum and baby have had a poo, & baby feeding.
Babies are not checked with scans, because their external genitals determine the birth certificate entry.
