Absolutely cannot wait to see how DJI responds. In the past, they systematically destroyed 3DR & GoPro as they were big threats. Skydio represents an even bigger threat: pricing (cheaper than Mavic), enterprise SDK, smarter than any drone before it, and the crash warranty is 🔥

2013: $5.5k & dozens of hrs researching, buying components globally, programming flight controller + gimbal firmware, many more hrs soldering, enlisting dad's help (NASA engineer), & even installing an "unplanned landing in water" floatation device. Still not as good as 1st Mavic
Wow. In early 2012 this is what we were flying and it was considered top notch at the time.

One of my fave COVID success stories (besides Ware): guy in my neighborhood in SF had to leave his job at a coffee shop. Started roasting beans in his garage down the street during pandemic, selling to passerbys. Now just saw him being carried on the shelf in Luke's grocery.
