No. It’s horrendously large deviation from accepted practices in American courts. The way it all went down, I’m also inclined to believe in the allegations that DA and judge were invoked in ex parte communications about the witness

“Homeownership rate” means rate of households that live in owner occupied homes. It’s a lagging indicator, especially when adult children move back in with parents. On a common sense level, houses cost more relative to median income than that era (and ever probably).
