As a 10 yo in 1967 Strawberry Fields really threw me for a loop. What were the Beatles doing? It was too weird. too complex. The Beatles were changing music and I was too young to understand. Probably one of the best songs ever written.

While avoiding a car backing out of her driveway on my run this morning, I managed to trip myself up and face planted on the street. Luckily she saw me at the last minute and didn’t run me over. Swollen and bloody but no major damage. Otherwise a good run.

New program for community members to help promote election education and registration in the Low Country. You don't have to be a Charleston County resident.
Voter ambassadors will receive training and a supply kit from BVRE and they will work with full-time staff to find the best methods for reaching out to potential voters in the community.
