@RealRajkamal We do so in a really tiny minority of cases & never if there is a really small non-dominant sinus. But, if the discrepancy in size is mild & the pt has some unilateral features (in this case much worse headaches/tinnitus on the right) then we will go non dominant. @ikeafonso1
