Another significant achievement for the @WorldStrokeOrg : 🔥the Launch of the Neurointervention Fellowship, brilliantly led by @InoaVioliza, supporting the development of young neurointerventionists from LMIC. After two intense years of program preparation, selecting training centers, choosing the first candidates, and securing sponsors, the Program’s Board held its first meeting on January 17, bringing together this incredible team of experts. 🌟The first fellow, from Brazil and sponsored by @hospitalmoinhos de Vento, will be heading to Canada in the coming weeks to begin a two-year training program at #WesternUniversity. I am deeply moved by this significant achievement. Thank you all experts, the voluntary Stroke Centers, and the sponsors for the support. Specially thanks to Violiza, @GPerue, and @RynaThen for the program coordination.
