Wide neck aneurysm of the vertebral artery, with the PICA forming part of the neck. Embolization was performed with #coils (#Perdenser®, #Target™) assisted with #Neqstent + Balloon #Remodeling. Complete closure with PICA patency without complications. @Sremollo Rosa García-Sort
