Every year I do my very best to make the spaces in which I teach and work inclusive, welcoming and safe. I will continue to respect any student or colleague’s use of pronouns. It’s easy for me to do so. It’s also the right thing to do.

Good to see Germany adopt a similar law to one we adopted in 2015. It's in place for almost 8 years & generally has worked well. Hundreds of people have had their gender identity recognised by the State & our society is more inclusive & tolerant for it.
