Among the reasons that vote-by-mail is so difficult to manipulate are the steps necessary to change just a single vote — and not get caught.
It’s the equivalent of going to the trouble of counterfeiting one-dollar bills. Too much has to go right.

I retired after 40 years w/USPS. I served under 10 Postmasters General, none of whom would have missed the golden opportunity to promote the use of safe and secure mail-in ballots.
The fact that DeJoy hasn’t used the PMG’s bully pulpit to promote vote-by-mail speaks VOLUMES.🤬

An error that I caught years ago was the gas station coin-flip scene from “No Country for Old Men.” After Anton Chigurh places a snack wrapper on the counter, a Nutrition Facts panel is visible. That type of label first appeared in 1994 — or 14 years after that scene takes place.

In order to pull off mass mail-in voter fraud, EVERYBODY in the USPS process — from collection, to processing, to delivery — must be in on the scam.
Then repeat the process (w/out getting caught) enough to affect an election outcome.

USPS pensions — both CSRS and FERS — are funded well in to the future.
