Rebuilding American constitutionalism, rebuilding the institutions of that order, subordinating pride to obligation and duty, placing deliberation and argument ahead of ego.
Our institutions aren’t the platform of men who want to watch the world burn.
Americans are looking for leaders who know what time it is and are willing to fight. The next Speaker must unite Republicans around securing the border, cutting spending, reining in the woke and weaponized government, and putting American families at the center of our agenda.

The American constitutional order is thoroughly fusionist, a combination of paradoxes that when synthesized explain the strength of our republic. The question isn’t fusion but what kind. Meyer built on Voegelin and Weaver. Not a bad start.
Fusionist conservatism is fatally flawed. But it would be churlish to leave it at that and thereby fail to acknowledge Buckley’s achievement, because it was probably the only kind of conservatism that could succeed politically in mid- to late-20th century America.
