For comparison, far more common have been people reporting to the ER with astronomical fentanyl cause their drugs were spiked. I've seen that many times.

I've been in toxicology for a while. They'd be on patients not on drinks but we've definitely had people that have said they've been given something and only show up for alcohol.
Ofc roofies aren't the only benzos you could use, there are common ones, Ativan, Valium, Xanax...
