@TheConfusion @bmj_latest If one factor is associated with 25% of deaths in a population then it is indeed significant. I do not think there is anything to misinterpret - many people drink alcohol, if babies are in their own cot then they cannot be rolled over. That is the message.

@MichaelGritti @conallmorgan @SKHeartCentre @CJCJournals Also would have taken a direct Paeds Endo pathway if it was offered, as seems to be the recent trend for several subspecialties in the US. Extra yrs are a deterrent to the physician-scientist pathway IMO - if I do the postdoc I want I’ll be a 39-40yo new staff..!
