@NC_Renic I feel that way about university departments: there are always 1-2 people who manage to keep the car from driving into a wall. And those people never get what they want.

Sovereign immunity!! This should be a great case if it makes it to the merits. The argument for a terrorism exception seems even stronger IMO than a commercial activities exception based on logic, but there seems to be less state practice. #UpholdingIL

@MSF Perhaps because ambulances are routinely used in Palestine to move dissident fighters?!? These are legal, reasonable, and necessary measures if there is intelligence that the hospital was sheltering a high-value target. Please stop spreading propaganda that suggests otherwise.

@DovWaxman With respect, calling for the destruction of the Jewish state is inherently antisemitic. It is 2023, not 1953. Israel exists. It is not going away. People who cannot accept that are antisemites. No other country in the world is treated this way.

@DovWaxman @UCLA You missed the Jews being beaten on Sunday by the Palestinian protestors? And what about the attacks FROM the Encampment on prior nights? If you are going to condemn, condemn fairly, Dov. All sides have behaved badly. Don't condemn _only_ Jews.
