"It sounds like you want an echo chamber" - almost true, but not quite. I don't want an echo chamber of ideas, but one of the same values, priorities, and mindsets. What I desperately want is a small group of people who want to seek the truth - no matter what it is.

@dieworkwear Not really. Women want to believe they are not dressing for men, but more often than not I bet that's just self-deception. Everything we do in public is performative. If a woman wears revealing clothes in front of men, you can never say that she is not doing for men (too).

@dieworkwear If there is one thing I have learned about human psychology is that many times people will not be fully aware of what drives their reasoning and behaviors. They'll say one thing and be honest, but in reality, other things are happening in their minds. It's self-deception.

@David_Challen Why are those judges allowed to keep their jobs?? Why is it that often the man's life should not be ruined by the consequences of his own actions, but the woman who was an innocent victim can be negatively impacted by the man? Do people have no brain cells left?

@David_Challen When a man excuses this behavior saying "he was just being a lad", he tells the world that this is normal and everyone should expect it. If comments like these are met with silence, shouldn't we assume that other men agree? If he is not punished, doesn't the state agree?

@Liv_Boeree You, him and others speak as though people from the UK have done nothing wrong, as if their prejudice, hatred and lopsided criticism is not a problem. People are quick to complain about a crime perpetrated by an immigrant. Yet when a white British person does the same *crickets*

@DouglasKMurray And yet, many people sided with him and are deleting spotify to show that they agree with his stance on misinformation.

@ellieokwilson In other words, to avoid women that have some qualities that are more likely to benefit them, challenge them, and lead to a more meaningful, fulfilling relationship? Fuck, I hate these people. And I'm sorry for the young, impressionable boys & men who listen to them.

@Prolife_Sam We can say that abortion also affects men. And the woman clearly should have communicated with him (unless a safety issue). But what do you propose? The woman should be forced to carry the pregnancy, have the baby she doesn't want so that the husband won't feel regret?

@datepsych Oh wow, you didn't hold back or leave them any way out...😬 I still have empathy for incels who are decent people and not misogynists, but some of them only prove to the entire world that women *should* avoid them...

@forestofcake Oh, what a surprise! A man who talks about women like they are not people capable of making decisions thinks women should have fewer rights and freedoms. The woman that gets pregnant should have the baby because that's what she's supposed to do, right? That's what she's for? 🫤

@dieworkwear This is one of the funniest threads I've seen on this platform 😂 I have to ask: you love that Tate guy, right? It's obvious - sarcasm (or an attempt at sarcasm, at least)

@datepsych Am I naïve to think that we shouldn't laugh at people who are overweight? Also, why laugh at them when they are obviously trying to work on themselves?

@benshapiro So do you think fully vaccinated people should be mask-free and those not vaccinated should wear masks? If so, who would enforce and check that and how? Who should make sure that only the fully vaccinated are not wearing masks? I get the idea, but good luck implementing it!

@EllyArrow People who think that porn will not affect you as long as you don't watch it are either ignorant or in denial of reality. I swear, it's like people, especially mean, lose half their IQ points when it comes to this topic and I'm so sick of it 🙄

@robkhenderson It's a bit annoying to see all those comments "we didn't need a study to tell us that". Yes, we do. We absolutely do! If me/you/anyone think that a theory or observation is true, we need studies to confirm this. Thinking that your beliefs require no evidence is dangerous.

@s8mb You do realize that people also eat snack and consume beverages that increase their calorie intake? The article mentions this, you just picked the part that suited you and framed it this way to get engagement, right?
