@jaimerh354 Don't apologise! I work on the basis that all my communications require subsequent clarification 😜

@Kirsty_Brimelow There is a deep well of fundamental decency in London's Black Cabs. Use one to take a child to Great Ormond Street and try to pay and you'll soon find this out.

@jaimerh354 As Kate has said. Also, consistently wrong.

@jaimerh354 He is consistent. Just not in the way you advocate.

@HudsytheDog Not really disagreeing but it is a "society" where an absence of fanatical support isn't tolerated.

@ifellonithonest Being stupid enough to imagine your WhatsApp group is private might just qualify, though.

@Shiv_who_burns NOW you tell me. You waited 9 days after the tax return deadline for this? The polyester tie may not have been your cruellest move...

@CopMoustache @speckled_jim2 It only takes an enterprising barrister to expand the scope of the legislation 😋 On a serious note, though; the Everard monster will never get to spend it - this guy will and it just feels like a benefit he shouldn't have.

@CopMoustache @speckled_jim2 Hmmm... I wonder if the Sarah Everard case could have set a precedent. He used his status (job, warrant card) to commit heinous offences; therefore any benefits from the job could (at a bit of a stretch, admittedly) be proceeds of crime. Therefore all recoverable under POCA.

@CopMoustache @speckled_jim2 Or it would be like a punishment for his actions, a fine, if you like. If you're right (and you probably are - I genuinely don't know), the money should be taken out of the pension fund, so he only gets out what he's put in, with none of the benefits.
