Another tragedy. Are we also considering this in our rebuttal of ‘contact at all costs’? Unless we recognise abuse is non gendered, we can never fully protect children.

We need to see many more judge’s like this in our family courts It takes two to make a baby and both parents matter hugely to their future resilience and happiness. In the absence of serious prior abuse by either parent, two parents and loving grandparents and wider family members are always safer in every respect.

@DeboraMontesoro Utter nonsense Adult children have repeatedly told us of the harm alienation caused them yet some refuse to listen. The psychological construct is one they cannot accept because it is so damaging to reputations. Truth always reveals itself. What an appalling legacy. .
