@jem_arnold @BasVanHooren Pretty funny seeing a certain group pertaining to have measured the biggest VO2max ever, also using a VO2master device - one of the worst in @BasVanHooren's work - to measure off kinetics in the pool 🫣

@poetwithpace @Dan_Nash94 Not exactly, but one of the potential mechanisms is similar... Reduced renal (kidney) O2 delivery upregulates EPO. Do this in a big enough dose on a regular basis (through altitude sojourns or hot water immersion) and you get more blood.
