A practical answer is that war is not always inevitable. It could be a civil war, and would be as terrible as any other way. With every war, humanitarian crisis would occur. The question is that the world wouldn't be as ready as to help African countries as it's helping Ukraine.

This is not entirely true. Sickle cell hemoglobinopathy is a risk factor for stroke in the young. Also, trauma is not the only risk factor for hemorrhagic stroke. It could also be due to severe hypertension, cerebral vessel aneurysms and other things. This conclusion is malicious
If it’s not that majority of you are willfully ignorant, hemorrhagic stroke is when a ruptured blood vessel causes bleeding into the brain, what do you think causes a blood vessel to rupture or in lay man terms “burst” or “break” in situations like this if not physical trauma?
