Very disappointed with
#Josie
's behaviour after
#Nella
was made leader. Firstly, she did not vote for her, and secondly it was just really unpleasant and rude to both
#Fred
and
#Nigel
. Gone down in my estimation. Do the effin' washing up properly.

I think if I was being tortured by Hamas I would probably confess to all of that too. When did the trial take place? Who represented the accused spies? Was evidence obtained by torture excluded? Take your time answering me.
@sjanemurf
@IrishRail
All 'he' would have to say is that 'he' 'identifies as female' and, presumably, nothing could be done. That's the mad world we now live in.
@AGHamilton29
@MillenPolitics
Also using 'prisoners' rather than 'convicts' or 'criminals' deliberately and intentionally plays into the Hamas prisoners-of-war narrative instead of the truth, which is convicted terrorist criminals, after a fair trial, and all due process, beyond a reasonable doubt.
@Megankstack
You act as if they are not responsible for all of that. They are adults with agency. You are doing far worse than lecturing them, you are infantilising them.
@PeterMurtagh
What was the public interest justification for identifying the national origin/ethnicity of the Brazilian man who intervened to help? Where is the relevance there? One rule for your mates on the Old Lady of D'Olier Street, and another for
@griptmedia
? 🤔
@Independent_ie
@OHanlonEilis
I have been using pronouns since I was a small child. I learned that they and them were exclusively plural pronouns. Not about to change that, or indulge someone's 'Look at me, I am special, I use ze/zir' nonsense. Politely, NO, thank you.
#Nella
saying this is her 8th trial. Is she counting the three trials she quit really quickly, or the first one with the van with
#Nigel
&
#Josie
where she spent 99% of the time screaming?
#ImACeleb
@ezralevant
@AnisaKadri
Anisa's bio states 'ethnic minorities specialist'. Presumably there is one particular category she is not fussed about, eh, Ezra?
@SenSanders
Senator, they are following the law. We are a country that respects and obeys the rule of law and separation of powers. You should be ashamed to criticise our judges using those words.
@bbcnickrobinson
Except, as outlined by BBC Chairman Michael Grade here
...that is NOT policy. A cursory search of the BBC news app reveals multiple articles where the BBC describes a terrorist as such, and not merely quoting others. Hamas is not policy, it is choice.
@Editorialz
Brendan O'Carroll somehow escaped from 1970s offensive comedy into our era. Still a mystery to me. Would rather rub salt in my eyes than watch a single minute of him.
@bbuk
#Paul
just wanted to have a laugh. Some of that, especially in the first two weeks was fine, not to the taste of all viewers, or some housemates, but fine. However those laughs then started having a nasty edge, and were solely at the expense of others.

One of the forgotten benefits of the UK fighting and winning that war is that it swept those ugly chancers out of power and restored democracy in Argentina.

feeling down after failing, but trying, until his hands were visibly shaking, to get the stars in the Grim Gutter bushtucker trial.

quits, for the third time this series, and isn't remotely bothered about that or her campmates

@BarackObama
Hamas has majority support in Gaza. Their nominee for President (no such elections are taking place either in the West Bank or Gaza) would beat the Fatah candidate by 21% points in all of the Palestinian demographic. So Barack is incorrect that people who have nothing to do with

@wickedfairysad
Or they wanted to get their famous neighbour into trouble.
Or they wanted some peace and quiet.
Or they were cranks with political agendas.
We don't know, but we do know the police saw no crime. The end.

The Irish public gave their second highest vote (10 points) to

. Important to remember our government/elite/media/loudest voices are NOT as representative as they should be. Love to Israel 💕
@DouglasKMurray
No riot gear, no water cannons, no kettling, in short no protection from the mob for either the counter protester or the police themselves. Just as with the Just Stop Oil people, we have elevated and legitimised thuggish behaviour under the banner of 'protest'. Sad to see.
@LozzaFox
I think if my child had just broken the nose of a female airport police officer, assaulted other cops, and then tried to grab a firearm, he/she would have been asking for it. Lucky he/she wasn't shot dead.

Bizarre. One of the Venezuela Supreme Court judges fled to the USA and stated that the recent election was neither free nor competitive. But I imagine

knows Venezuela better than he does. Probably.
@MarinaMedvin
@fharris2011
And their female supporters. One rapist killer guy rang his mother who applauded him! Have not seen any commentary on mainstream media asking if all these rapists returning to Gaza might be a bad thing for the women and girls living there.
@Kevin_Maguire
Almost as if people are genuinely angry at being lied to and betrayed by their politicians and mocked and insulted by sections of the media. Spooky.
@Jacob_Rees_Mogg
Seemed like a small price to pay to me.
People go through all sorts of hurdles to get a green card in the USA after all.
Fun fact: the Irish Republic charges about a thousand euro to new citizens.
#niceearnertheydonottalkabout
@JohnSimpsonNews
No, John, it's factually describing what they are. Terrorism does have a definition, and Hamas certainly meet those criteria. It is not 'ranting' to describe these criminals as criminals, on the contrary it is a sign of partisan BBC bias to use euphemisms such as 'militants'.
And let all Southern Irish people remember that after the Nazi concentration camps were liberated & that news reported, the letters pages of our newspapers were full, for weeks, of claims all such reporting was faked to support the Allies in pursuing a hostile war. 1/2
People ask how Holocaust denial could exist with all of the evidence we have…
Hamas bragged about their intent, videotaped themselves massacring innocent people, we have countless witnesses, an insane amount of forensic data, and yet you still have people with large platforms
Am I the only one finding

'Farage' a wee bit off, and something she would go mental over if he called her by her surname?

Noteworthy that none of the other women voted for her to be leader...

@BarackObama
So are all the Arab people 'desperate' then? Because there isn't a single genuine democracy amongst them. Supporting those who gleefully rape and abduct children is not the product of desperation, it's the product of evil.
On the subject of

can I get a female opinion on what
#TessDaly

@shaneodoherty
IRA priests are nothing new. The bungled attempt to free IRA prisoners from Duke Street prison in Glasgow in 1919-1921 was organised by a priest who was arrested then released because of the uproar.
@HJoyceGender
Internalised misogyny is now officially a thing. Safe seat, 10,000+ majority on a 56% turnout. I think we should save this post for posterity. And the next general election.

It's not isolationist to not want to involve the US in a foreign civil war at huge expense. That's stretching isolationism to breaking point Douglas.

I know the Library of Congress forbids colourisation of black and white movies that have been adopted into their archive. We need to have something similar for books.

Have to say I thought he remained relatively polite and calm. I have encountered far worse. Our police are used to being obeyed without demur.
@Edward__Burke
PFLP are designated a terrorist organisation by the European Union. I thought all of these people were self-declared 'good Europeans' who mock anti-EU attitudes/Brexit. The PFLP's so-called paramilitary wing took part in the 7/10 atrocities 👇
@kpfeld
I think the others underestimated
#Nigel
. He has a far thicker skin than they believed and has dealt with far cleverer people attempting to take him down than these random B/C class celebs.
#ImACeleb
@RonanMullen
I could make a credible argument that opposition to abortion, whether total, or to aspects such as time limits et cetera could be deemed hatred of women. Outlawing an emotion, without demonstrating harm, is a crazy notion. Will this pass Ronan?
@WestBelfastUPRG
They say 'Irish' they mean Gaelic/Celtic/Nationalist/RomanCatholic/Republican.
About half of my ancestors are Norman. I was instructed in school to hate my own ancestors! I see rarely if ever see a Union flag at a pub or hotel despite the UK being the top visitors to Eire.
@BBCNews
The right attitude to this sort of behaviour is to treat them as we do football hooligans. Life bans from all sporting events, active police surveillance on them, and their group. Travel bans, fines, prison. No tolerance for thuggish behaviour.
#ImACeleb
I think Andrew Maxwell was right to call out Jacqueline and Nadine for opting out of the Jailhouse trip. There's genuine fear and there's taking the easy way out.
@EoinPoil
@ivanabacik
I love the fact she thinks it's under the purview of the Irish State who Israel appoints as their Ambassador. The only sacking she should be calling for is that of the ageing bigoted relic in the Phoenix Park.
