I wouldn't trade him and I would easily pay him the max. But it's not always obvious for the GMs.

I'd say it's the other way around. Germany's business is spread across Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, Hamburg and many other smaller cities. Poland tech scene is very Warsaw-centric, check out the latest report by @StartupPoland or just see where most of the venture capital firms are based.

@itsolelehmann Warsaw region is one of the richest in the EU, GDP per capita here is larger than in most of Germany. That's why the prices are higher than in the rest of the country, which is significantly poorer.
