Surely both vehicles at fault? Should have halted at the mini-roundabout.
On paper, the driver who doesn't "give way to the right" is at fault. But it's actually the straight-through driver (KY plate) who is to blame. Driving too fast, straight over island. Gets out of car angry. Probably speeding. Should pay for both cars.

@Colly_wobbles Fair point, but most movies feature impossibly slim people - simply because most movie actors and actresses train to keep thin, unlike most ordinary people, who are not performers.
