Update: I know all of you had different thoughts on this recent initiative that we did. As bad as it could get, we received around 1500+ call requests, 530+ completed calls across different categories - resume review being the best. It's exhilarating to see the responses so far both by the experts and consumers. While some might say we were charging or the experts were charging for referrals, all of this was FREE. It was all a game of marrying the supply and demand. No one thought delivering groceries in 10 minutes was possible. No one thought 10-minute calls with the astrologers were possible. But they made it happen. No one thought access to anyone could be as simple as a phone call but here we are :)

Thought here - When you go for an interview - you see interviewers taking interviews in 15 mins. I have personally seen people sending resumes and getting referred to a company. Why do you think 10 minutes cannot help someone ask a few questions related to their resume or help the other person with some tips to improve their resume? Agreed. 10 minutes cannot be enough in every case. Some exceptions could be there but don't you think that they can connect again? This is just one offering right? And, we have seen people getting referred during our beta-test.

@pranavdotexe @ZeptoNow @SwiggyInstamart This is one of the fastest-growing segments so far. The last time we tried this, we had 1300+ calls attempted and 270+ calls completed within 4 hours. The traffic numbers were also crazy considering that we didn't do any paid ads.

Hi Shantanu, I understand your concern but respectfully, just wanted to address it once. - Experience is for the public to judge. All the profile statistics are in the public domain. Their experience, booking count, ratings, testimonials, and everything else are available to the public to decide whether they want to connect with them or not. - It was something new that we tried and retracted within hours of launching. From the beginning, it was not about fooling anyone. - We are right now focussing on solving the issues of a recent graduate or a young professional in the market. Our focus has always been on accessibility and actionable insights. Referral is just one form of it.
