Got it. Some interesting thoughts that can be explored while implementing: 1. Pay to get the problem solved or Pay to get the community 2. Payout to experts from topmate instead of customers The above two will help topmate ensure quality. Competitors are whatsapp comuntities that do similar things but lack quality and impact. Also making referrals such easy to get actually devalues refferals and may not actually convert jobs in terms of end impact. Some friction needed here to maintain good calls to end impact metric. Ultimately people will return (onet time use will not have issues) for quality not accessability (10mins).
